What would you like to tell us about your practice?

Balans, Swedish for balance, introduces a new concept. We uniquely integrate therapeutic massage with physical training, pilates, Reiki and acupuncture to restore postural alignment and proper movement. Our approach is to tailor programs specific to the needs of each client. Further, clients’ needs often change as a result of injuries, tension, medical conditions, and life changing events. We customize accordingly to achieve optimal body functioning and performance. The founder, Marie Aspling, born in Sweden, developed the innovative Balans concept. Her dedication to her clients and the intuitive nature of her practice creates a warm and unique environment that has been embraced by many.
