Breathing Time Yoga is a sanctuary where people are nourished physically and spiritually. We offer affordable yoga as affordable health care. Our wide variety of classes allow students to start where they are and move in the direction of integration and health.  Our teachers individualize their classes to educate a wide variety of students, offering a personal teacher/student relationship that addresses the needs and aspirations of the students, while teaching the true meaning of yoga as a path to equanimity and grace
