I've been to Canyon Ranch annually for the past 5 years with friends.   Every year I learn something new about myself and my health, I try a new class or treatment and always have a hard time leaving.  There is something for everybody at Canyon Ranch - great/challenging work-outs, relaxing treatments, incredible lectures throughout the day, wonderful meals, inspiring outdoor activities and cozy spots to curl up and read a book.   They provide a perfect backdrop for your retreat and you make what you want happen there.  I highly recommend it and look forward to my next trip!
