Pilates for all levels

I have been taking Pilates classes with Luis for almost a year, and I have seen a significant difference in my body, fitness level and flexibility. Luis knows how to pinpoint a student’s weaknesses, which helps to strengthen the core and make the body more taut and solid. He’s highly knowledgeable and creative – there will always be a new routine and sequence of exercises to practice. He’s also very patient with new students, understanding an individual’s limitations but pushing his/her edge to get a maximum work out. I always look forward to visiting Core de Vie - Owners Mark and Ellen always greet me with warm smiles and are very accomodating when making or changing appointments. This studio is by far one of the best (if not THE best) in the city.
