My kids have been taking Ann Marie and Diana's yoga classes and absolutely love them. The classes are different each week and organized around a fun theme like "vegetables" or "animals" or "sea creatures." The kids learn traditional yoga patterns - like sun salutations - which are interwoven with fun, thematic postures. The classes and the teachers are tremendous and are truly inspiring a love of yoga in my children. We are so lucky to have this great program in Boston!
