Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster instructors have received training in a two day program led by Peggy Huddleston. During the workshop, Peggy Huddleston teaches how to give a one-hour workshop using mind-body techniques for people facing surgery. The training is based on her book, Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster: A Guide of Mind-Body Techniques and its companion Relaxation CD. Health care professionals and others around the world have received training in Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster. Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster workshops can be offered in person or virtually over the phone or Skype, depending on the practitioner.
