What would you like to tell us about your practice?

Room2improve offers Wellness Coaching, Professional Organizing and Personal Training. Wellness Coaching - I help people to create helathy lifestyles and care for the only body they will ever have.  I partner with clients to overcome barriers to living a great life physically, emotionally and spiritually. Professional Organization  - I help get things in order, at home or work where disorder robs energy and productivity. Personal Training - help motivate people towards their fitness goals by putting together personal programs and working one on one or in small groups. 

What do you believe is the future for health and healthcare?

Increasing healthcare costs will mean that poeple will need to become more proactive about their own health.
