What would you like to tell us about your practice?
Conscious Fitness is joyful whole body fitness through mindful movement. Most fitness programs focus mainly on the body. As a result, people often experience working out as a joyless, mindless chore. Conscious Fitness changes all that. Conscious Fitness brings together mind, body, emotion and spirit for a joyful holistic mind/body workout.
Lisa-Anne provides both private training and group classes. For each private student, Lisa-Anne will create a Personal Conscious Fitness Plan designed around his or her specific needs. Lisa-Anne offers a variety of private and group classes in Mat, Standing and Reformer Pilates, Nia, Nia 5 Stages, Mindful Walking and Postural Training.
Lisa-Anne's classes are all currently held in Marblehead, MA but she is willing to go to her clients' homes if need be.
