What would you like to tell us about your practice?

Since 1999 I have been helping Tri-State area clients live pain and stress free.  My specialties include massage therapy, reiki sessions and prenatal massage. Through the services that I offer, I find that there are so many benefits for nearly all situations. Whether you are experiencing pain that manifests phyiscally or emotionally, we can work together to alleviate those symptoms which will result in living a better life. I would love to discuss your needs and encourage you to call for a free 10 minute phone consultation, after which we can schedule an appointment.
Please check my website for information about Reiki classes. I teach Reiki classes for all levels. LMTs can earn NCBTMB CE Hours.

What issues are best addressed by your practice?

I can address issues related to chronic or acute physical, emotional and spiritual issues. Because I work as a massage therapist and reiki practitioner, I can always find a way to benefit my clients/patients through either hands on massage therapy or energy work.
I will sometimes refer someone who has stubborn trigger points to an acupuncturist.

What expectations should a patient or client have when coming to see you?

When you come to see me you can expect to be listened to in a non-judgemental manner. I believe that successful treatments are best when there is open communication between myself and my client.

What does good health mean to you?

Good health is the end result of eating well, getting some exercise, frequently keeping stress in check and accepting who you are and loving yourself.

What makes a practitioner good at what they do?

When you love what you do, as well as having several solid years of experience, you can be a very good practitioner.
