What would you like to tell us about your practice?

Dr. Michael Gazsi graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon, the oldest institution in the United States dedicated to the study and research of Naturopathic Sciences. Dr. Gazsi is licensed by the state of Connecticut and has been in practice since 1993. He specializes in Unique Alternative Testing and Therapies, and in diagnosing and treating acute, chronic, and irresolvable health issues.

Many patients, unable to find relief through standard medical procedures, find relief in Alternative Therapies and Procedures.

Dr. Gazsi’s private practice gives patients the luxury of a small office, with a personal atmosphere, where individuality is greatly valued

What issues are best addressed by your practice?

Dr Gazsi offers a variety of alternative therapies that will provide all the healing power of traditional methods, without many of the harmful side effects

Dr Gazsi will customize a treatment plan for you that will treat the cause of your symptoms allowing your body to be healed of acute or chronic ailments, including Digestive problems, Depression, Heart Burn, Eczema, Menstrual problems, Sinus infections, and many more.

We provide full laboratory testing options, including blood and urine testing, to make sure you get to the root of whatever health issues you want to address

We offer a variety of alternative tests to help you discover the roots of your health issues, including Vitamin and Mineral Assessment, Food sensitivity assessment, and hormone assessment.

What expectations should a patient or client have when coming to see you?

WHAT TO EXPECT
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. There is usually no wait time before an appointment so if you are late, that amount of time may be taken from your appointment.

You may be asked to fill out a detailed health-related questionnaire. Your entire medical history will be reviewed. Lab tests may be ordered. Dr Gazsi may perform a meridian assessment in the office at the first visit if he feels it would be helpful and if there is time. Some Alternative Assessments such as a Food Assessment or a Vitamin and Mineral assessment may be ordered if Dr Gazsi feels they give information helpful to treating your condition. Dr Gazsi may also give you assignments such as tracking your diet and/or macronutrient ratio’s and measuring your blood pressure or blood glucose

After the initial consultation, we will schedule a follow-up visit as needed to review test results (if performed), to retest meridians, or to assess progress. Dr Gazsi may also ask you to come in for auricular or oxygen therapy if he thinks these would be helpful.

WHAT TO BRING

•Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
•If you have had any lab tests performed in the last year, please bring copies for Dr Gazsi to review.
•If you are taking any medications or supplements, please BRING IN THE ACTUAL BOTTLES not a list.

INSURANCE: Dr Gazsi participates in Anthem BC/BS, Oxford Health Plans, Cigna and Aetna. For these insurances we will submit claims on your behalf after verifying benefits, however, our verification of benefits, IS NOT a guarantee of coverage. Coverage will be determined after your insurance has processed the claim. (Please note that while insurance does pay for visits, most therapies and for conventional lab tests; It does not pay for supplements/natural medicines or alternative testing) We do offer “HEALTHY LIFESTYLE” Value Plans to help save on these non covered items.



CASH FEES: The initial consultation is usually $150.00 except in certain cases when the complexity of your condition and the length of time needed is less than 30 minutes. The cost for subsequent visits is usually $110.00 except in certain cases when the complexity of your condition and the length of time needed is less than 15 minutes. (Please note that these fees do not include the cost of supplements/natural medicines, therapies or alternative testing) We do offer “HEALTHY LIFESTYLE” Value Plans to help those who have chronic conditions or when there is more than one family member seeing Dr Gazsi.
