Dr. Tom Hyland Robertson uses a science-based approach to treatment. He creates a unique care plan for each patient, drawing on a wide variety of chiropractic techniques. Dr. Robertson is also trained in physical therapy, nutrition, exercise rehab, acupuncture, and reiki. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Maryland Chiropractic Association, and International Association of Yoga Therapists.
We keep things simple at Whole Chiropractic Healthcare, scheduling a relatively small number of patients each day so that everyone gets the attention they deserve. We will not ask you to prepay for a treatment package, since there's no way to predict how your body will respond to care. Most of your time in our office will consist of hands-on therapy rather than "passive modalities." Those types of treatment, including electric muscle stimulation (EMS) and hot or cold packs, have their place; in general, though, they aren't as effective as what you and the doctor can accomplish together.
